At the steps of ghats of Banaras it's common to see people sitting alone and meditating or simply just looking to the goddess river the Ganga for long. Busy life of ours offers us unrest and many troubles. Not only we feel physical-exhaustion but our mind constantly work to win at different fronts; like at work to be the best,in a relationship to be upright. So where can we get the peace of mind and fuel to our soul? at home? a big no. At work? a no-no. We need a place full of positive vibes and energy, the ghats of Ganga is one of the such places left on earth.
Banarasi goes at the bank of Ganga and sits silently till feel the eternal peace and regain the lost energy. In dhyan try to establish balance between mind and body.
When we do not lead our life as we are sent to live face constant unrest and the peace is the ultimate goal of human life, peace with the universe and within.We sit for long at the ghat and answer all our questions silently there.
This is the magic of the place called Banaras which shows the path of dhyan and meditation and find the ultimate answer, why we have been sent here on earth. Though not all of us be able to know the answer but we all strike a balance among our body and soul.
